Routine Visits to your home include:

INTERIOR

  • Check on general condition of entire home interior
  • Verify that all windows and doors are locked
  • Assure proper functioning of alarm system
  • Maintain home temperature and humidity
  • Conduct an interior pest control inspection
  • Run water in all faucets
  • Confirm that major kitchen appliances are working
  • Flush toilets and clean unsightly evaporation ring
  • Ensure smoke detectors are functional
  • Make sure that all lights and fans are off

EXTERIOR

  • Check on general condition of entire home interior
  • Check on pool maintenance
  • Check on condition of patio and screens
  • Check on lawn maintenance and landscape trimming
  • Conduct an exterior pest control inspection
  • Mail forwarding
  • Check for condition of screens

Packages and Pricing

Basic Services
$50 a week *
(minimum of 4 consecutive weeks)

  • Check every room and garage
  • Check/lock all windows, doors, gates
  • Check water heaters – appliances
  • Gas for gas odors & water leaks
  • Check showers, bathtubs ~ Flush all toilets
  • Check pool/spa, sprinklers, standing water
  • Bring in newspapers and trash cans
  • Check interiors and exterior
  • Provide a ‘Confirmation of Service’ report

*Homes over 3000 SQ. FT – $135.00
(prepaid) bi-weekly
FOUR HOMECHECKS – $200.00
*Homes over 3000 SQ. FT – $225.00
(prepaid) 4 consecutive weeks
MORE THAN FOUR (4) HOMECHECKS – Add $50.00 for each additional home check

*Slightly higher fees for homes over 3000 SQ. FT
