What is your price per square foot?
As a custom design build firm prices vary from as low as $165 a square foot to as much as $300 plus per square foot. This is no easy answer best to call and discuss. Anybody that gives you a solid firm answer is a production homebuilder or is not being truthful and honest. We prefer to sit down with you and discuss your wants and needs and then determine your budget and plan accordingly.
Where do you build?

Anywhere in Central Florida and the Palm Beaches. Counties including but not limited to Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Orange, Polk , Palm Beach and Brevard Counties.

What about financing?
We have a long established relationship with multiple lenders that offer construction permit financing also known as CP loans. If it is a cash contract then there is no lender involved.
Do I have to use your Floor Plans?

No! We have a Preferred Trade Partner list that includes some of the best architects and home designers in Florida. We can build any set of plans that are approved and permitted by the local jurisdiction.

How do I get Started?
